This 915 sq ft one bedroom home with den, one bathroom, and open concept kitchen living room. It was the first of 7 houses to be renovated.

Finished in December 2004, it set the model for those to follow. This modern well insulated home with its Costa Rican "Colonial" architecture attracted the attention, amazement, and instant love and coveting generated a a number of purchasers for the houses yet to be renovated.

INTERIOR & EXTERIOR
The exterior and interior character and features were seen as very desirable -the open concept kitchen with high grade, hand crafted kitchen cabinets, cross ventilation, valence lighting, vaulted ceilings, bathroom and bedroom built-ins for organization and convenience were recognized attributes of this house.

BACK YARD
The private back yard terrace simply added to the overall desirability of this house. We went on to decorate this house and within a few days, it became a cozy "home" with everything provided except bedding and a toothbrush. Both those were added soon thereafter.
